Attended a good PA no till alliance mtg this winter/spring. 1st day was a roundtable type discussion where anyone that wanted could just speak up and introduce a topic. 2nd day with veteran no-tillers speaking on topic....Ed Winkle was one. My first experience with him speaking and it was very informative. Have good speakers, encourage discussion, bring new ideas/thoughts into people's heads.
