Wheatley, Arkansas | Lance, these are 38" rows, used for cotton as well, we are watering every middle to try and soak to the center of the row. You can't tell by the pics but this field has a pretty steep fall to it and 38" is about all the soak we can get. While most of our poly holes vary by length of row , slope ,and volume of water, the ones in the pics are 5/8". We have watered up beans before on these lighter soils but it has been several years ago and if memory serves me right we will have to water them every 10-14 days until cutout, seems like watered up beans can't take any moisture stress for the rest of the year.
