Jersey Shore, PA | We've used headline on beans at 7oz/ac at blossom for the last 3 years and been happy with results. Instead of buying new tips we have used the AI's around 20gpa and seemed to work well. It does delay our harvest by a week to 10 days or so. The plant stays green and healthy for a longer period of time. Last year Dad put some insecticide in with the headline on one field and it ran over 65bpa over 50 acres so we will try some more of that this year.
Also going to test it on some corn at tassel. Done with ground rig. | |
