Subject: Will roundup get buckwheat in no-till soybeans?

I have soybeans emerging that were no-tilled into failed wheat acres a week ago. There is a fair amount of 3" buckwheat in the field - is there a rate at which roundup will get the buckwheat? I want to plant wheat back on these acres this fall after the beans are harvested, so I would have to be careful about mixing in other herbicides. Thanks in advance!
