Is it flowering? You can use Headline or Quilt if it isn't flowering yet. To be on the safe side I would just use the Folicur and Proline, BUT be sure you are applying it at the right stage to get the best control. I would start when about 75% of the field is starting to flower. This is why I stress planter calibration, field prep and set up so much with my growers, if you don't have an even stand at this point it is very hard to get the fungicide timing correct. If the fields are very uneven, go when the earliest stuff is early to mid flowering. Earlier is better than later, later is better than not at all.
