Pulaski, TN | Southern Middle TN Giles County,about 10 miles north of the AL/TN line. I know how you feel when you plant knowing they won't come up. Only reason I went on and planted was to beat the insurance deadline. I usually don't do that but everything else this year has gone against common sense so why stop now. Yesterday was a tough day, top dressing corn that was twisted, putting nitrate on hot dry ground, thinking I was wasting my time and then we get 1/4 inch. As I type this I can hear thunder from the south. Guess you can't give up!!! We farmers have more blind faith than anybody else!! | |
