One thing we need to remember though is that we are in a world wide market. with the dollar going down and people overseas used to paying more for steak, our steaks still look like good value to those in many other countries.

Note the comment in the report about US corn fed steaks going to Asia and we are going to be getting the grass fed beef from Australia and New Zealand...  trucks and ships going to passing each other with beef heading in opposite directions.
