You might ask about Quilt fungicide. Better if applied at flag leaf. We did here in SE Neb. about 3 weeks ago. About 10 days to our cutting time I would guess, maybe 2 weeks. Plenty of moisture and humidly and yes, the rust and leaf disease keeps coming.
