Subject: Is it to late for fungicide on winter wheat

Southwest ND

Growing wheat in wet humid conditions is new to me in swnd. My winter wheat is heading and tan spot is infecting the flag leaf. Most plants just have the brown spot without the yellow halo. Some plants are worse. Is it to late for Folicure to protect the flag leaf at this point? I know it's the right time for scab protection but am more concerned about the tan spot killing off the leaf to soon. Any suggestions?
