Murfreesboro, Tennessee | Went and bought a bottle today (it was the good stuff because I may not be able to buy the good stuff after this season).
Funny story. Started cutting hay yesterday. Too late for the good hay because the stuff is burned up, but honestly, just cutting it because hay looks to be short again this year (and we may need the sales to pay the bills). Wouldn't you know it, it rained 1" on my hay field and surrounding fields. Approximately 1/2 mile away I have 200 acres of corn trying to tassel and it got all of 1/10".
That is why farming is not very everyone.
I told the old man to start cutting every ditch bank and patch he could find. Especially around the corn fields.
I sure hope we can get a rain, but chances do not look good. Where are you located feelnrite? | |
