oops. I must have been confused on the pic. I thought it may have been another pic of a double pass twin row corn test. Guess I was WAY off base on the third pic of your post.

I have some thin population spots on my 15" row beans planted single pass with a split row planter. I tried planting with the old rows this year and putting each bean row 7.5 inches in from the old 30" corn row. Occasional pilot error placed the beans directly in the previous corn row = bad planting depth/bad germ/bad emergence.

Ugly pic's to come next week, feeling nauseus today after seeing forecast. One chance of widely scattered showers next week in the 15 day forecast. Hot next week, then really hot the week after. Hovering right around 100.
