North Central Indiana | This question is just to satisfy the curiosity at the morning coffe group. A local BTO (big time operator) is now irrigating his wheat. It's already turned gold with just a slight hint of green left. He claims that he's adding to the test weight by watering this late. Consensus of the old timers is that he's just taking a chance of fungus or mold and wasting his water. I really don't know, so I thought I would go to my source of answers, this forum. Any insight would be appreciated. | |
