There is a sprayer rinse product I get at rural king called "Incide Out", it is a sprayer rinse. On the label it says for anything but 2-4D let it sit 15 minutes and then spray the mixture out. For 2-4D let it sit overnight if possible. Not sure if that is really necessary but I never let 2-4D sit is a sprayer any longer than necessary-I guess it can really get into rubber and plastic.
