Subject: RE: Cleaning sprayer before RR beans

Newfane NY
Here is what we do, and there is no science behind this. It is reccomended by the educated people to triple rinse pesticide containers before disposal, correct? So we just take it one step up the ladder and triple rinse the sprayer. Only had a problem once in 35 years of me spraying so I will keep doing that. Now what I have found this year to reduce the amount of Laddock and Attrex film in an empty tank. We have started using Humates in our water at a .01% solution........ 1 oz liquid per 10 gallons of water. It seems and I say it again for the science police, it seems to reduce the slime...film on the tank. This comes from the long time , 10 years, man operateing the sprayer. It is his observation only He is happy about using it and when the sprayer operater is happy I am happy. John
