Subject: Re: what about basagran?

West Union, Illinois

Way back when  (pre RR) I had very good control of ragweed with Basagran and non-ionic surfactant (at the time it was Amway APSA 80).  I could kill ragweeds with no problem.  But I couldn't stop the family from coming to the funeral.

I had a field of beans in 30" rows that because of weather and variety did not close.  I sprayed them 3 times with Basagran and APSA 80 and killed the ragweeds each and every time.  But a new flush would come up.  That was when I went to drilled beans.
