Roundup at a 1% works great on Multiflora Rose. Poison Ivy is more of a 2% weed and takes FOREVER to finally die. There is a product that is really good on Poison Ivy but I can't remember the name. I think is a phenoxy blend.
Watch what you use on the ditchbanks. You may have some label issues with run-off with some items.
