Subject: Different thought on RR Alfalfa

Little River, TX
I had been thinking of use a 15' strip of RR alfalfa next to my neighbors RR Corn. I now do not think it is needed.
The neighbor has been in the habit of staying 2 rows back from the property line with the outside of the boom.

This year I talked him into having the outside nozzle between the last two rows. Success weed free right up to the property line. No sunflowers, pigweed, pancium, or johsongrass next to me.

Same person raising corn on another property line and there he stayed 2 rows away form the alfalfa , result two rows of all the above weeds,

Current thinking is to ask the neighbor to come right up to the last row and save us both a weed problem, with out resorting to RR alfalfa .
