Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot
Tell me about it. We had a 30% chance of scattered rain showers last night according to NOAA, Accuweather, and Weather.com. Weather Underground showed 30% until about 9pm, then they went to 40%. All of them agreed that the best chance of rain was between 7-9pm and 11-1am. I left the house this morning and it was dry as can be.

Didn't even start raining until 6:30 or so this morning. And it isn't just a few 'scattered showers'. The whole damn valley is socked in and it is actually raining. As of 7:30 (one hour of rain) I have almost 0.2". Don't laugh, that is a big rain event for us. Still raining too.

They also completely missed a thunderstorm that dumped almost half an inch in places about 10 days ago. Then a few days after that they gave us the 30% chance of showers, that turned into a good rain all over the entire area. This could be a trying year to do hay. Has been so far.
