Kamsack Saskatchewan, Canada | What do you do with the snow geese? Up here in the Canadian prairies, in the fall there can be millions of them feeding on crops. No one that I know off eats them....except one old hunter told me his secret recipe....Boil pot of water, clean geese, throw in the pot with onions, salt ,pepper, potatoes, carrots. Then throw in an old running shoe. After cooking.........throw out the geese and eat the running shoe and veggies. |
