Correct me if I am wrong, but do you not take the total bushels for the farm or field that is insured and then see if it is more or less than your insured bushels for the farm. So if the field is 600 acres and you lose 25 acres it is possible your yield is high enough on the 575 acres to not get paid for the 25. Planted or not.
