I've never heard of this law either. ILL must be exempt somehow.

I agree as much seed info as possible should be available. In this day & age of disclosure, corn & beans seem to have been given a pass on mandatory info.

This topic has been brought up here many times in the years past. You'll find many defenders of the fact that you should NOT know or have easy access to seed information, including corn & soybeans. "Just trust your dealer...." they say. Others claim to already posess secret code book/information, but are not allowed to share it with mere mortal men, aka farmers.
