We have been developing a problem with Teaweed in a few fields. Generally it's only a problem in irrigated ground we have in seed production. Last year we double cropped beans after wheat, and in one field got a disappointing stand. Anyplace the beans were thin the teaweed took over. The photo below is from one of our seed production fields. We applied atrazine/Princep early, came back pre-emerge with Lexar, have cultivated once, and look at what he have coming up. A little Hi-Dep will control it, but what can we do to keep it from coming up at all? PS. I am told it is also called Prickly Sida. See http://www.ppws.vt.edu/scott/weed_id/sidsp.htm
