sorry for this rather late reply. Have been out for some time.
I have to disapoint you as I'm not avare of a production guide for wheat in English. Even in German I think they are rare. And if you look for info you where refering to on the nutrients in connection to varaities you will hardly find any. Even here there is hardly any which does work in such questions.
We are called the "oposite thinkers", or the thinkers thinking cross ways. Have been with 10 or us together for two nights and it was very enlightening.
Some english info I found at the Opti Crop bage in Kentucky. They are pretty much copieing main stream approaches from over here. Also one of their ex-consultants, which runs now his own bussiness, is active here on At Talk. So if you are rewriting your question so it attracs a wider crowd he may well step in with his thoughts.
