Prairie Home MO | I had a crop ins person call me today and said they just got notice that Gov. said you had to plant corn up until the late planting date or if you planted beans you would not collect on lost corn. I called my agent and office staff said they had not heard anything. Policy says you must use Best Management Practices. If this is right, planting corn at the end of June in Mo not BMP. By then it is getting late for beans. I sure hope the Gov. is not changing rules in the middle of year. I can't think this is true. Have any of you heard anything about this? Rob, have you any input?
