sw corner ia. | I may be wrong but I plant beans 2-2.5" all the time and have no problem getting a stand. I realize you have had a goose drownder and it looks bad, and I do not know how long it has been since you planted, but I have seen beans come on up three weeks after a deal like this and make a great yield. Is there a possibility of rain in the forecast?
What stand if any do you have now in the bad areas? If it approaches 100K I would leave it alone. Just my opinion, you have to do what you think will work the best.. Good luck. | |
