| On the 4 units I had that went black it was in fact the LCD backlight that shut off rendering the unit hard/impossible to read. I noticed that with the right ambient light angle you can see the display and if you navigate to the lcd brightness area and change the setting, up or down, the backlight will then come on. My belief is the problem has to do with some kind of autosleep capability of the chipset that isn't working. because the only way to get the lights back on is to either hard restart or use the above mentioned routine.
1 unit went back to agleader on rma, was shipped back with a slip from agexpress saying repaired board tested OK. guess what it still goes dark! go figure. that is why i believe the problem actually lies in the hardware. rather than the firmware. But they can do alot of things with firmware versions!! here's to hoping for V3+ of the firmware and a new hardware revision soon after the bugs get worked out!!
