| I've seen it in a couple magazines, seems like it is less than $1/acre. If it really becomes a true assett, the guys who sell for less than a buck an acre will really regret it. Another question, if I need to do some tillage, do I have to buy enough credits to cover the acreage I'm tilling? A bunch of garbage I plan to stay away from unless we start talking about money that is going to pay the rent every year.
