Johnny's seed in Maine has rat-tail or podding radish seed, but you are not going to like the price. Search www.google.com for other sources. I would guess that a hot mustard would work too and cost a lot less money. The mustard variety called Caliente is grown for a cover crop by potato growers to control disease and some weeds.
