| A while back my wife was watching Mr. Food the (Oh so good!) guy on TV. He had a recipe that is really good and so simple to make I can even do it.
1 cup French Fried Onions ( Those you buy in a round box)
2 frozen chicken breast
2 eggs
Place the onions in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Lightly beat to eggs in bowl
Dip the chicken breast in the eggs and then place in the plastic bag to get them covered with the crushed onions.
Bake them on a lightly greased cookie sheet for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
