I deep fry the wings w/o any batter. Then take 1/2 Texas Pete and 1/2 butter. Melt the butter in the microwave and mix with the Texas Pete. Pour over the wings. If you want them hotter, then reduce the amount of butter. Turbo wings = 100% Texas Pete.
