cooking with apple juice, anybody do this?

starvation - 1/25/2011 15:23 have been doing an expearimenting, instead of using water in slowcooker used apple juice and cooked ribs. took out of freezer last nite, put in slowcooker at 5 this morning and eat em today at noon, was good. now I got pork chops marinateing in apple juice in a ziplock bag, will put in slowcooker later tonite for supper. just woundering if anybody else cooks with apple juice.

yes, with a little cinnimon and brown sugar desolved in the apple juice. a great marinate or baste while smoking, cooking
