That's just it, the Kile setup is so much easier to put on. I did the whole works through that little opening on top of the rotor bearing support plate. 10 bolts per blade. No drilling, no cutting, no welding required. (unless you want to run the sharpened blades) Just remove the old impellers, and install the Kile flights. The stock spider is used. It does take 2 people though for safety. Dont try to do it yourself, as even though you might be able to lift the flights etc., if they slip while you have your hands somewhere between the flight and the vanes,........it might hurt a bit.:-( Even with 2 people, use lots of communication to keep the hands safe in the limited working space you have. Well, the second person will need to be on the left side of the machine to help install the 3 bolts there, and to run around and put the rotor in neutral and then in gear as you position it for ease of install. Let me know if you have any trouble. Because the flights are longer and a different shape than the stock ears, you may have to experiment with which end to put through the opening first.
