Decided to pull the trigger - hired a plane. It looks like we have enough other stuff going on with the bottome leaves - tan spot, septoria, etc. Something is more than likely going to get to the flag, even if we don't have a rust outbreak. Two things sold me on the deal 1) 85-90% of yield is determined by the flag leaf 2) At this stage and applying Folicur, we will also get scab protection.
