Subject: Rust in Winter Wheat?

Central SD
I've been out scouting my WW. It has just headed. I am finding some rust pustules on lower leaves - 1 or 2 specks bright orange. It is not on every leaf (actually have to look very hard to find it) and the flag leaf is totally clean. Should I treat the WW? Harvest is 6 weeks away. Have been pleasantly wet here all spring. Has been cool until today (80 degrees and 50% humidity-chance rain tonight). WW looks good and not afraid to try to protect it if I need to. How fast can rust spread?
