I cannot speak for where you are at. However, here in PA, it is regulated. I went to the Dept of Ag website to verify that. Here is a link to a fact sheet, if you are interested.
Seeing as how milk that is sold to coops is regulated, it would be absurd to think that farmers selling raw milk would not be regulated as well.
