NW Washington | My son and DIL adopted a wonderful little girl here is the US. They got her right after she was born and the were very lucky to get her and she is great.
The down side is that they had to jump through an amazing number of hoops and be investigated and spend a butt load of money to get the job done. It kind of gripes me when I see so many children stuck with unfit parents and yet they made adoption so difficult. | |
