it really works this way. I have got this advice from an ear&nose specialist when I had atypical sore throat, no redness just pain, after antibiotics did not help. It came from the sinuses, don´t ask me how...
I had sinus trouble after that a couple of times and every time I had the impression it helped. I prefer this style:
The one we have here is a neli pot ,simular use .
I use it alot in summer ,after running an open tractor raking hay.
They work !.
I heard an add for stuff called sinus buster ,Have not tried it yet .
