It never ceases to amaze me that people will risk not only their health but the health of their children simply to get in on the latest food fad. What is the saying, something like those who forget the lessons of history are doomed to repeat it? Sad.
My family was probably as backward as any, yet we were drinking home pasteurized milk 40+ years ago. I still have the David Bradley electric 2-gallon home pasteurizer from Sears Roebuck.
