That place is about 4 miles from me and while I've never been there, know some people that have. They all said it is a dive. One guy said that the word "clean" should never be mentioned in the same sentance as that farm. I know the guy that farms accross the road from there and he shakes his head at the stuff that he sees there. That was a couple months ago so maybe it has cleaned up since Schmidt has taken it over.
