Don't care if we raise Oranges, Pickles, or Organic Goat Milk. In the off-season we could have like a petting zoo for tourists. Dolphins, turtles, other tourists, whatever the market will bear, or bare. The initial funds invested will be used for my travel to scout potential property. I might even provide a report. Send $$, lots of it and send it fast...just get me out of the tundra !!!!!!!!!!! You may want to try that on craigslist, across the country . .. and then start a spam email program. I'm sure you willl get enough to make it down there . . . . .
I would change it to opening and operation of a corn farm and with $14 dollar corn as the carrot.
