| Lost of people here use Satellite HP because of the farm sizes. Farms can have 3 large 4WD's and 3 or 4 harvesters. Some guys here are putting in 40,000+ acres, with the odd farmer near 100,000 acres.
Its easier to get a farm license and have all HP sat receivers than move bases.
Its only the 2cm inter-row guys that have bases. And we have a few Baselines around here.
We don't have the Cell phone thing. It would work perfectly, but our main carrier shafts us and unless it cost 1000's a year they would not be interested. | |
