I would wait as well because if the corn seed is sitting in the dirt dry and I assume it was planted at least 1.5 inches or deeper then what is the point of trying to plant soybeans. If you plant soybeans real deep then all of a sudden you get alot of rain then there is a chance that the soybeans won't come up leaving you with no crop. Also killing the 25 percent stand is fine but when it rains and the soybeans and corn both come up then it will be a real mess. Best thing is just wait and say an extra prayer at church this Sunday.
