Eastern Iowa | SEC is in a class by themselves. They have the best players, the best facilities, and the most top programs. They also have ridiculous amounts of dough. In the football world the SEC is a BTO.
The Big Ten gets more media attention than other leagues due to a long tradition and an ever-present hype machine, but to be honest the level of football in the Big Ten isn't up to a national championship standard and hasn't been for some time.
I think the Big 12's best can go toe to toe with the SEC's best in spurts, but not consistently enough to be considered at their level.
