What is really frustrating is when one of my landlords says stuff like that. He farmed about 25 years and has been out of it for 12 years but doesn't have a clue what the costs of growing a crop are today. Doesn't believe me when I tell him, just thinks I am making it up to keep from getting the rent jacked up.
