I'm sure there are a few on here who have loans on land. I currently have 2 that I have at
least 2/3 paid off, so there is very little risk to the bank. Plus land values have gone up. Currently,
one is at 6.9 and the other is at 6.5. Am I getting screwed over? How does yours compare?
