Try a few. They are a bit zesty in salads. Brother used to fry Dandelion blossoms. He said you couldn't tell them from Morels. I find that hard to believe.
No, I don't like tearing up 16-17 years of no-till soil, but I had no choice. Packed it yesterday. Been a LONG time since I have used a packer.
