Near Richmond, IN | Can't answer your question but I can tell you that I've gone to Indianapolis (about 60 miles) to read through a person's bankruptcy file. You can read them but, of course, you have to know they've filed first. One of them I read the person had a pretty nice house he had bought just 1-2 yrs earlier and there was no mention of it in his filing---guess somehow he must have put it in a kid's name. Accidentally, I'm sure. | |
