That's a very nice setup AgBoy. I see you have the conveyor system fully automated and linked to the packing house. My buddy owns Arkansas Egg Company and has 34 houses. His litter system sounds different from yours in that he uses collection mats which make the litter about 16% moisture, fairly dry but the nutrient tests show his collection system ends up producing litter equal in value to broiler litter. He has his own feed mill and produces "natural" eggs, amazingly there is no waste in his system even the birds at 13 months of production are rotated out to an organic dog food plant.
