| The GS2 does not support multi-part boundaries... ie, a separate polygon on each side of a waterway that splits a field. I suspect that if you can go around the field w/o actually closing a boundary on one side of a waterway, but rather continue across into the next part of the field on the other side of the waterway as part of a single boundary, you will be ok... but that's just a guess.
I think someone overlooked the reality of multi-part boundaries when it comes to fields being divided by waterways, and it didn't make the "to do" list for the 2006 release. They have sinced found that this is a very common situation and are hustling to get it resolved. That's what I see from the outside looking in. | |
