Janesville Ca, 96114 | I got a Gazelle, an eliptical glider machine, given to me by some folks that thought it was a clothes rack. I am probably the heaviest one on here I have lost 20 lbs in a month and I have honestly done it by exercise alone. I use it daily started slow maybe 5 minutes at a shot. I can now go for 30 minutes I usually do that twice a day. Being slow in the winter I enjoy the view out my window. I am looking forward to Spring and buying a new bike. | |
